Job Description

 

  • To support the HOD in coordinating all tenancy administration documentation matters and ensure proper compilation alignment with company guidelines and regulations.
  • To oversee the smooth day to day operations of Leasing Admin function and its support team.
  • Coordination and communication with SO and tenants on all tenancy administrative processes ensuring that tenancy agreements are duly executed, stamped and delivered.
  • Prepare and execution of overall Budget, CAPEX and Sale Performance including Rolling Budget Forecast
  • Handling the TMS (Tenant Management System) for all leasing/tenancy matters.  
  • Prepare, analyze and evaluate in depth tenants’ Monthly / Yearly Gross Sales Performance to execute action plans to improve overall sales
  • Manage the preparation, routing for signature, distribution, follow-up, and tracking of all real estate related documents
  • Supervise the day to day coordination of all signed leases and amendments, ensuring lease file data integrity and compliance with all lease terms.
  • Attending to, recording and forwarding new tenants’ proposals for internal evaluation.
  • Coordinating the system implementation and all related matters
  • Develop and maintain best practices for processing lease documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Serve as the primary company contact for landlord and manage the preparation of any requested reports.

 

Requirements

 

  • Portfolio must have at least 3-5 years in Tenant & Leasing management at a Assistant Manager/Manager capacity and at least 10 years experiences in Shopping Centre management/Leasing/Tenant coordination.
  • Matured, resourceful - someone with a sense of urgency, hands on and pro-active.
  • Well versed with best practices
  • Good people management skills – firm but fair
  • Good interaction with all levels
  • Positive working attitude
  • Very disciplined individual with proven integrity
