Job Description

 

  • Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders to meet target service levels and Distribution Cost.
  • Liaison with the Logistics Service Providers (LSP’s) to prioritise orders as required.
  • To promptly resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
  • Monthly preparation and reporting of Customer Service and related KPI’s
  • To deliver product and process training to all Customer Service representatives and internal stakeholders where relevant.
  • Processing customer claims/Complaints
  • Daily reporting of invoicing activity to stakeholders within the Commercial business.
  • Communicate with Sales Team on the holiday’s delivery planning.
  • Conduct Reservations of stocks during order processing.
  • Managing Return orders and coordination of returns collections.

 

Requirements

 

  • 2-5 Years in Customer Service Management.
  • Preferably Tertiary qualification in Business, supply chain or finance discipline.
  • Ability to prioritise and communicate effectively and direct team and LSP’s.
  • Pro-active in executing plans.
  • Systems Knowledge in SAP.
  • Experience in communicating and managing Customers.
  • Attention to detail.
